Bill Reese (MITCHELL, Ga.)

MITCHELL, Ga. - Mr. Bill Reese, 71, beloved husband of Mrs. Mary Patsy Reese, died Saturday, January 19, 2008,at Roper St. Francis Hospital, in Charleston S.C. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, January 22 in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Ramsey and Rev. Mike Cook officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery. Mr. Reese was a native of Kite, Ga., but had lived in Thomson and Mitchell for many years. He attended the First Baptist Church of Thomson and The First Baptist Church of Gibson. He was a retired business owner. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Patsy Reese, Mitchell Ga.; his daughter, Karen Reese, St. Petersburg, Fla.; his son, Kendel and his wife Cristie Reese, Atlanta, Ga.; a sister, Patsy and her husband Roy Russell, Thomson; two brothers, Teddy and his wife Rebecca Reese, Thomson, Edward Lee Smith, Kite Ga. Mr. Reese was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Reese. Friends may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday night at the funeral home.
