Betty Palmer (CLARKS HILL, S.C.)

CLARKS HILL, S.C. - Memorial services for Mrs. Betty Palmer, 77, of Clarks Hill, SC, who entered into rest January 17, 2008, will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Stephen D. Posey Funeral Home. Dr. Jesse L. Goldman officiating. Interment will be private. Mrs. Palmer was a native of McDuffie County, having made Clarks Hill her home for the past 14 years. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Palmer was retired from Augusta Industrial Services and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Carl R. Palmer; two sons, Rod Tyler of Mount Dora, FL and Steven Tyler of FL; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Marine Corps League, Detachment #939.
