DEARING, Ga. - Mr. Charles E. "Peanut" Maddox, 53, entered into rest on Monday January 14, 2008, at his residence. Graveside services will at 11:00AM on Friday, January 18, 2008, at Starling Funeral Home, Harlem, Ga. with Jay Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Walker Cemetery. Mr. Maddox was born in Augusta, Ga., and was a sheetrock contractor for Robyn Palmer Drywall. Survivors include three sisters, Mary Ormsbee, Dearing, Shelby Rogers, Rome, and Gail Stevens, Grovetown; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be David Hall, Robyn Palmer, Finley Fife, Marion Taylor, Mark Newman and Roy Bosdell.
