AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Clarence Albea of Kevin Drive entered into rest Thursday, January 10, 2008 at the Doctors Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2008 at 1 p.m. at B.A. Williams Memorial Chapel (Old Tobacco Road) with Rev. Sims Murray officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. He was a native of Lincoln County, Ga.; a former employee of Riverside Mill and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Lincolnton. Survivors are two sons, Larry (Sharon) Albea, Augusta, Wiley Lewis, Clinton, S.C.; three daughters, Ann Lewis, Elease (James) Jacobs, Wilmington, N.C. and Debra (David) Clayton, Steuttgart, Germany; two sisters, Doris Blackwell, Lincolnton, Ga. and Ideal (Roosevelt) Johnson, Rye, N.Y.; one brother, Jessie Lee Beard, Lincolnton; 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; devoted grandson, David T. Bynes, Augusta; two daughters-in-law, Sandra J. Albea and Elizabeth Albea, Augusta; other relatives and friends.
