Henry Morris Prince (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Henry Morris Prince, 68, of Ridge Road, entered into rest Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at the University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Bibleway Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ with Bishop Sylvester Norwood officiating. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. He was a native of Richmond County, Ga. and retired as an Environmental Technician from Thermal Ceramics with 30 years of service. Survivors are his wife, Essie Prince; four daughters, Tammy (Joseph) Simmons, Marie (Ricky) Merriweather, Bernice (Robert) Clark, Barbara Puryear; five sons, Henry D. Prince, Charles (Annette) Scott, Roscoe (Lucretia) Brown, Levi (Robin) Golphin, Victor (Mirion) Golphin; mother, Rosa L. Prince; three brothers, John Scott, Melvin Prince, and Michael (Georgia) Prince; two sisters, Rosabell Elam and Rosemarie Moody; 20 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren; special great-grandchild, Marcus Taylor Junior; aunt, Lucy Moye; sister-in-law, Annie L. Prince; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the residence.
