AUGUSTA, Ga. - Kathryn Landrum Diveley, 89, beloved wife of the Late Floyd A. Diveley, passed away Friday, January 4, 2008. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1305 Troupe Street, Augusta, Georgia with The Reverend Matthew Nelson officiating. Mrs. Diveley will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in West View Cemetery. Mrs. Diveley lived most of her life in Augusta and retired as a bookkeeper at Western Sizzlin Restaurant. She was Past President of Women of the Church at Greene Street Presbyterian Church. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and Greene Street Presbyterian Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mary K. Tate and her husband Kevin C. Tate, Milford, Ohio; three grandchildren, Amanda Kathryn Jones, Benjamin Floyd Jones and Rebeccah Maureen Tate; one sister, Mrs. John J. Murphey, Warrenton, Ga.; and one brother, Mr. B. F. Landrum, Sr., Newport News, Va.
