DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - Mr. John Larry King, age 60, of Douglasville, Ga., passed away Friday, January 4, 2008. He was born July 25, 1947 in Augusta, Ga. He was preceded in death by his father, John E. King. Mr. King was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Vietnam and receiving the Purple Heart. He was a Scale Operator with Waste Management. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite King, of Douglasville, Ga.; son, John L. King, Jr. and his wife Neesha of Douglasville, Ga.; daughter, Terri L. Clark of Douglasville, Ga.; mother, Marion King of Augusta, Ga.; sister, Jeannie Munn of Augusta, Ga.; grandchildren, Nicholas King, Andrew Clark; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 6, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. The funeral service will be Monday, January 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rosehaven Chapel with Rev.
