AUGUSTA, Ga. - Patricia Irby Coursey, 55, entered into rest Saturday, December 29, 2007 at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Frances Irby. Ms. Coursey was a Registered Nurse and worked for many years at the VA Hospital, Downtown. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, January 3, 2007 in the chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road with Pastor Charles Peters officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. She is survived by her children, Denise (David) Hunt, Jr., Blythe, Georgia and Robert (Christy) Coursey, Jackson, South Carolina; grandchildren, Meadow, David III, Victoria and Diamond Hunt and Dillon McDonald; sister, Sandra McDaniel, Augusta; brother, James Irby, North Carolina and several nieces and nephews.
