KNICKS: Isiah Thomas said Monday he would remain as coach, nearly two weeks after saying it would be fair to evaluate his performance in a "couple of weeks."

"We'll keep moving in this direction," he said when reminded of those comments. Asked what direction that was, he responded: "Me as the coach."

Though Thomas has made lineup changes before the past two games, New York has lost four in a row, falling to 8-21.

BUCKS: Point guard Mo Williams missed Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons with tendinitis in his left Achilles' tendon.

NETS: Former Denver general manager Kiki Vandeweghe has joined the team as a special assistant to president Rod Thorn .
