WADLEY, Ga. - Mrs. Helen Virginia Eubanks Warnock, age 91, of Wadley, GA., died Monday evening at Glendale Nursing Home in Wadley. Mrs. Warnock was born in Washington county, but had lived in Wadley most of her life. She had been a member of the Wadley United Methodist Church for over 55 years, and she was a member of the Will Evans Sunday School class, the Friendship Club, and the Eastern Star. Mrs. Warnock was retired from Oxford Industries. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Wadley United Methodist Church with Dr. Larry Sauls and Reverend Don Proctor officiating. Interment will follow in the Wadley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Tommy Battle, Bob Swann, Tommy Lamb, Craig Miller, Thomas Battle and Danny Brooks. She is survived by: a daughter: Brenda Warnock Binns (Carrol) of Augusta, GA.; two sons: Clay Warnock (Patricia) of Canton, GA., Charles Warnock (Barbara) of Dublin, GA.; niece: Rebecca Battle (Wayne) of Wadley, GA; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
