Dec. 1 -- Steven Parker, Meldrim, Ga., five bass, 9.01 pounds, $382. Joseph Hicks, Hinesville, Ga., five bass, 8.08 pounds, $190. Big fish: Albert Barnett, Guyton, Ga., 3.44 pounds, $65. Thirteen anglers caught 56 bass weighing 78.42 pounds and all were released alive.

Dec. 2 results -- Dale Hart, Savannah, five bass, 8.40 pounds, $382. Albert Barnett, Guyton, five bass, 7.35 pounds, $190. Big fish: Barnett, 2.18 pounds, $65, Thirteen anglers caught 52 bass weighing 64.11 pounds and all were released alive.

Next: Feb. 23, Thurmond Lake, with launch site to be determined because of falling lake levels.

American Bass Anglers is the largest tournament trail for the tournament angler and has more than 116 districts offering 1,000 tournaments throughout the U.S. Membership is open to anyone 16 and over not a professional fisherman or guide. Bass Tournament

Next tournament will run Saturday out of Wildwood Park. The tournament's Classic will be held on Feb. 23. Entry fee is $33 per team, $30 for individuals. Each team member must fish at least five tournaments to qualify for the Classic entry fee of $50. Non-qualifiers must pay a $500 entry fee. The big fish must be 61 pounds or larger. Fort Gordon Sportsman's Club

Tournaments will be limited to the first 20 boats and are open to all ID cardholders and the public with a Fort Gordon fishing license guest permit. Entry fee is $10 per Fort Gordon Sportsman Club member, $20 per non-member, with an optional $5 big fish pot, with a guaranteed $100 for first place and $50 for second place.
