GEORGETOWN, S.C. - Louise Wall Venters, 79, wife of Weston H. Venters, died Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Jimmy Marsh, Rev. Lannie Ard, and Rev. Frank Sedgewick. Burial, directed by Graham Funeral Home, will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Venters was born December 19, 1927 in Florence, a daughter of the late Daniel Thomas Wall and the late Ester Butler Wall. Mrs. Venters was a founding member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church. She attended Florence County Schools. Mrs. Venters retired as a seamstress from Shamrock Manufacturer in 1986. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. Surviving are: her husband of 60 years; three sons, Bobby H. Venters of Summerville, Dale W. Venters of Georgetown, and Daniel Venters of Martinez, Georgia; one stepsister, Jean Daniels of Murrells Inlet; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her step-mother, Sarah L. Prosser Wall The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church on Friday, November 9, 2007.
