MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Mrs. Annie Johnston Frazier Howard entered into rest after a brief period of declining health on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Milledgeville, Ga. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 39 years, Glenn E. Frazier, with whom she was co-owner of Frazier's Dry Cleaners in Milledgeville. Her second husband, Dr. William R. Howard, also preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Milledgeville. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda Frazier Burgamy and husband, Larry, of Augusta, Ga. and Cynthia Frazier Minor and husband, Bill, of Milledgeville; three grandchildren, Larry G. Burgamy, Jr. and wife, Kathy, of Augusta, Leslie Ann Minor of Atlanta and William Blake Minor of Milledgeville; and three great-grandchildren of Augusta. A private graveside service was held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 in Milledgeville with the Reverend Jerry Bradley officiating.
