GRANITEVILLE, S.C. - Entered into rest Sunday, November 4, 2007, Ms. Edith "Tot" Thompson Garland Scott, age 88, of Graniteville, S.C., wife of the late Robert "Bill" L. Garland and daughter of the late John Lee Thompson and the late Lettie Morse. She is survived by daughters, Lettie Watts of Graniteville and Billie Masson of North Augusta; six grandchildren, Tami Jay, James Watts, Leigh Watts, Trey Hays, and Bobby Hays, all of Graniteville, and Rich Hays of Abu Dhabi, UAE; four great-grandchildren, Dean Jay, Matthew Jay, Jay Hays, and Abbie Hays. She was born in Ward, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was retired from Bath Mill. She was a member of Howlandville Baptist Church. The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Satcher officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Graniteville, S.C. The pallbearers will be James Watts, Trey Hays, Bobby Hays, Gordon Kneece, Paul Scott, and William Jeffers. The family will receive friends tonight, Monday, November 5th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Napier Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Regency Hospice, 105 Summerwood Way, Aiken, S.C. 29803.
