Stark's comments were courageous

U.S. Rep. Pete Stark does not owe anybody an apology for his recent comments.

I applaud the congressman's courage in speaking up on behalf of our soldiers, our children and the innocent victims of war. I am proud of him, and can only encourage my own representative to show as much backbone and loyalty to the people he represents!

The president smirks and snickers his way through every press conference. He arrogantly claims he is right each and every time. He throws money into his personal vendetta, and cares not a whit what happens to our infrastructure, our environment or our people.

Blind obedience and unquestioning loyalty to this administration is leading us into a downward spiral that we may never recover from. Is this the legacy you wish to leave our children?
