The Augusta Housing Authority has offered a solution by providing newly renovated homes to Gilbert Manor residents. The updated Olmstead Homes have many features that the old Gilbert Manor apartments do not. Moving into updated housing is a reasonable solution.
Throw in the extra land for the Medical College of Georgia, and everyone wins!
