AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Doctor's Hospital, Mr. Ronnie Oversteet of Dayton St. Mr. Overstreet was a native of Burke County, but made his home in Augusta. He was employed as a mechanic at Augusta Tune-up and Brakes Company. Survivors include four sons, Mr. Ronnie Overstreet, Jr., Augusta, Thomas Overstreet, Augusta, Bernard Freeman, Augusta, Mr. David Owens, Augusta; two daughters, Mrs. Rhonda (Santonio) Dennis, Augusta, Mrs. Kisha (Emanuel) Overstreet; two brothers, Mr. Thomas Fuller, Augusta, Mr. Albert Evans, Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Mariah (Wallace) Bryant, Augusta, Mrs. Caroline (Grant) Lopez, Hephzibah; four grandchildren, Emanuel Johnson, Jr., Augusta, Larhonda Ovestreet, Santanna Dennis, Diamond Kay and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 2 p.m. from Thomas H. Ketch Memorial Chapel, Dent's Funeral Home. Interment will be in Walker Memorial Park.
