AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Vivian Murphy Pounds, 77, of Augusta entered into rest August 12, 2007 at Augusta Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of First Southern Methodist Church of Augusta. Mrs. Pounds was preceded in death by her husband, William Jennings Pounds; her son, William Glynn Pounds; and her daughter, Debra Pounds Cliatt. She is survived by a son-in-law, Michael Cliatt of Augusta; and two grandchildren, Allison Cliatt of Statesboro and Kieth Pounds of Dawsonville. No services are planned. Memorials may be made to First Southern Methodist Church, 927 Johns Rd., Augusta, Ga. 30904. Rees Funeral Home, 195 Peachtree St., Lincolnton, Ga., 706- 359-3222, is in charge of arrangements.
