Titans come to terms with first-round selection

Tennessee's top draft pick Michael Griffin signed his contract before noon Saturday and was expected to practice in the afternoon after sitting out the morning session while waiting for the NFL to approve his deal.

The 19th pick overall agreed to terms late Friday afternoon on a five-year deal.

PATRIOTS: Signed their top draft pick, defensive back Brandon Meriweather.

Meriweather, the 24th overall pick, had 91 tackles for the University of Miami last season, his senior year.

RAIDERS: Signed second-round draft pick Zach Miller, leaving No. 1 overall pick JaMarcus Russell as the only player missing from training camp.

Miller, a tight end from Arizona State, came to terms with the Raiders late Friday night.

BRONCOS: Signed first-round draft pick Jarvis Moss and second-rounder Tim Crowder.

Rod Smith, the team's career leader in receptions and touchdowns, is among a handful of veterans who will start camp on the physically unable to perform list

DOLPHINS: Tight end Courtney Anderson was acquired off waivers from the Raiders. Safety David Lofton, the son of Hall of Famer James Lofton, was waived.
