GROVETOWN, Ga. - John (Jack) Bartlett, Sr., 79, walked thru the pearly Gates of Heaven on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 8:55 PM. Mr. Bartlett was a veteran of the Korean War where he received the Bronze Star. He was a loving and caring Brother, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend. Survivors include his sister, Betty Stafford; son and his wife, John and Karen Bartlett; daughters and their husbands, Wanda Caster; Sandra and Robbie Bryan; Jane and Doug Hyde; Step-son, Richard Bartlett; two step-daughters and their husbands, Tammy and Rick Bittner; Michelle and Joe Stevenson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren who he loved and cherished dearly.
