LANGLEY, S.C. - Entered into rest on July 22, 2007, Mr. Bobby Wade Allen, 67, husband of Mrs. Miriam Leopard Allen, of 201 Dunbar Street, Langley, S.C. Surviving are four daughters, Becky Cannaday (David), Chesapeake, Va., Rhonda Kay Keenan, Langley, S.C., Bobbie Jean Walker (Kenneth), New Market, Tenn., and Denise Sikes (Maverick), Langley, S.C.; one sister, Sarah Luticia Peacon, Warrenville, S.C.; five grandchildren, Gail Cannaday, Rebecca Cannaday, Nick Walker, Craig Walker, and Justin Walker; two great-grandchildren, Haley Sikes and Nathaniel Walker; nieces, Kathy Patton, Sarah Peacon, Jesse Peacon, Suzanne Robinson, and Sabrina Boyd; and nephews, Buddy Peacon, Roger Peacon, Jeffrey Boyd, James Boyd, and Tim Allen. Mr. Allen was born in Aiken County to the late Walter James and Pansy Walker Allen. He was a carpenter with Savannah River Site with 18 years of service. Mr. Allen was a member of Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church, Bath, S.C. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 o'clock a.m. at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Bill Branch officiating. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Free, Chris Rhodes, Mark Dixon, Kenneth Walker, David Cannaday, and Maverick Sikes. Friends may call at the residence of Buddy Peacon, 213 Legion Road, Warrenville, S.C. or on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Langley, S.C.
