SANDERSVILLE, Ga. - Rev. Gilbert R. Dean, Highway 88, Sandersville, Ga., died on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at Car Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Ga. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening, June 7, 2007 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. from the Buckeye Baptist Church, Dublin, Ga. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 9th at 11 a.m. from New Birth Christian Ministries, 409 Greta St., Tennille, Ga. with Rev. Tracy Wheeler officiating. The body will lie in state at the church from 9 a.m. until hour of the funeral. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Garden, Sandersville, Ga. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
