Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, the movie ticket site, reported May 22 that 83 percent of its ticket sales for May 21-26 were for Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.

With all the teasers, commercials, products and publicity, it was hard not to catch pirate fever.

Numerous Web sites boast Pirates' layouts and pictures.

There's even Pirates of the Caribbean Bubble Bath in Mariner Musk.

Was Capt. Sparrow the reason for all the hype?

Dawn Raborn, 16, a rising junior at Lakeside High School, said yes.

"Jack is the only reason I stand in line to pre-order tickets," she said. She paused and added, "I guess Will Turner isn't too bad, either, though."

Audrey Lewis, 15, is a rising junior at Lakeside High School.
