AUGUSTA, Ga. - Rev. Charles Thomas Duncan, age 89, of Augusta, Georgia formerly of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 3 a.m. Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Heartland Hospice House in Augusta, Georgia. He was born February 25, 1918 in McLeansboro, Illinois. He married Lula Mae (Huston) Duncan in 1945 in Kentucky. He was a Minister. He pastored at Central Baptist in Wadley, Ga. and was later a member of Crossbridge Baptist Church in Augusta, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2007 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Rev. Allan Pollock officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2007 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Interment will be in East Salem Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois. Because of the love and care shown to our family and my father for those who wish, memorials may be made to The Jud C.
