RESTON, Va. - Christopher John and Cynthia Robins Hammer of Ashburn, Va. are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Shelby Augusta, born March 16, 2007 at Reston Hospital Center in Reston, Va.

She made her debut at 4:42 a.m., weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. and was 21 inches long. Proud grandparents are William and Cynthia Robins of Dearing, Ga. and Ronald and Janice Hammer of Wayne, Neb.
