- A Morris News Service story in Thursday's editions of The Augusta Chronicle incorrectly reported the party affiliation of Erik Underwood, a candidate in the special election for the 10th Congressional District. He is a Republican.

- A story in Thursday's edition misrepresented figures in proposed additions to the Columbia County school system budget for 2007-08.
