GROVETOWN, Ga. - Entered into rest Friday, March 2, 2007, at Doctors Hospital, Mrs. Betty Clara Alsberg Adams, 66, wife of Jerry Bryan Adams. Mrs. Adams was a native of Montana and has lived in the Augusta area since 1975. She was a bookkeeper with Union Camp and a member of Advent Lutheran Church. Family members in addition to her husband include her daughters and sons-in-law: Kelli Adams Jenkins and Timothy Jenkins of Augusta, Jerri Lynn Adams and Randall Scott Marano of Martinez; grandchildren: Jessica Ashley Grimes and Michael Clay McGhee, Richard Scott Marano, Micheal Dustin Marano, Harris Jenkins; great- grandchild: Parker Bryan McGhee; brothers: Gordon and Linda Alsberg, Genalgo Alsberg, both of Montana and sister-in-law: Jackie Hughs. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents: Harold Torgerson and Ella Reich Torgerson and grandmother: Kathrina Bertch Reich. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 6:00 P.M. in thechapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Pastor Baxter Stanley officiating.
