GREENSBORO, N.C. - Crystal Langhorne scored 14 of her 18 points in the first half, and No. 6 Maryland beat Georgia Tech 75-59 Friday night to advance to the semifinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament.

Marissa Coleman added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the defending national champion Terrapins (27-4), who shot 59 percent. Third-seeded Maryland will play today against second-seeded North Carolina.

NO. 1 DUKE 79, VIRGINIA 58

Abby Waner scored 17 of her 24 points in the first half to lead top-ranked Duke past Virginia.

Alison Bales had 13 points, eight rebounds and six blocks for the Blue Devils (30-0), the tournament's top seed and the nation's last unbeaten team. Duke faces No. 24 North Carolina State today.

NO. 4 NORTH CAROLINA 90, VIRGINIA TECH 60

Camille Little scored 20 points and North Carolina began its push for a third consecutive ACC tournament title by routing Virginia Tech.

Ivory Latta added 17 points and was 5-of-6 from 3-point range for the Tar Heels (28-3).

NO. 24 N.C. STATE 76, FLORIDA STATE 49

Gillian Goring had a career-high 22 points and 19 rebounds and North Carolina State dominated the second half.

Shayla Fields added 13 of her 16 points after halftime for the fourth-seeded Wolfpack (22-8).
