AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Keith Ballard, of White Pines Court, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at University Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Augusta First Seventh Day Adventist Church with Dr. Earl Richards officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Ballard, a native of Los Angeles, Calif., was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was employed as a Supply Technician for OEMID at Ft. Gordon. For several years, he coached baseball, basketball, and football leagues at Ft. Gordon and Diamond Lakes Community Center. Survivors are his wife, Teresa Ballard; two sons, Deondre Ballard, Dominique Ballard, Augusta; two sisters, Janet Ballard, Debra Ballard, Corona, Calif.; two aunts, Delores Meal, Arlington, Texas, Mildred Sloan, Moreno Valley, Calif.; mother-in-law, Mary L. Crutcher, Nashville, Tenn.; father- in-law, Julius (Louise) Branch, Franklin, Tenn.; sisters-in-law, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Harris, Leare Sharpe, Indianapolis, Ind., Renee Bryant, Nashville, Tenn.; brothers-in-law, LaKendrick Branch, Rodriques McElmore, Landy Branch, Franklin, Tenn., Calvin Oden, Houston, Texas; and other relatives.
