CLEARWATER, S.C. - Entered into rest Sunday, February 18th, 2007, at his home, Mr. James F. Allen, 85, of Clearwater, SC, beloved husband of sixty five and one half years to Mrs. Mille Ogle Sheppard Allen and son of the late Floyd and Doris Jones Allen. Born in Avera, GA, he was of the Baptist faith and retired from the Clearwater Finishing Plant after forty three years of service. He proudly served his country in the United States Army Air Corps. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Ronnie Gary Allen, (Jeannie) Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Stacey Allen Leopard, (Freddie) and Ron J. Allen, (Sherry) and great-grandchildren, Logan Grimes, Alexis Allen, Kaylee Allen, Allen Leopard, and Ashley Leopard. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, afternoon, February 21st, 2007 at 2 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Revs. Lester Clark and Donald Lumpkin officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Langley, SC. Pallbearers will be Johnnie Crutchfield, James Sheppard, Tommie Sheppard, Larry Allen, Ricky Allen, and John Jones.
