AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. James D. Burnett, of 420 East Boundry, Apt D-130, entered into rest Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Medical College of Georgia. Graveside service will be held Friday, February 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Southview Cemetery. He was a native of Richmond County, Ga. and a Roof Repairman with Southern Roofing Company. Survivors are one son, Rico Burnett, Augusta, Ga.; one daughter, Ykeshia Heggs, Augusta, Ga.; mother, Mildred Burnett, Augusta, Ga.; two sisters, Katherine B. (Gerald) Young, Augusta, Ga., Janice (Marion) Thomas, South Carolina; two brothers, Bernard Fuller, Larry Fuller, Wrens, Ga.; devoted friend, Pearl Heggs, Augusta, Ga.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
