EVANS, Ga. - Frances (Betty) Sessions passed away Friday, February 02, 2007, at Westwood Nursing Facility. Betty was born on June 19, 1930 in Birmingham. AL, daughter of James and Frances Camp. She previously made her home in Columbus, GA, Dublin, GA and most recently resided in Evans, GA. Survivors include her husband of 60 years: Everett L. Sessions of Evans; her daughter: Jennifer S. McKinzie and husband, Ken of Evans, GA; daughter: Debra Thompson Higdon of Columbus, GA and daughter: Suzy Hood and husband, Graylen of Phenix City, Al. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Laura Thompson, VJ Thompson, Alex Thompson, Jessica Hood, Alexah Hood, Mattie McKinzie and Hartley McKinzie. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 5, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Bob Gillespie officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park.
