AUGUSTA, Ga. - Cyan Patricia Scoggins entered into rest on Thursday, February 1, 2007, at Medical College of Georgia She was a student at Langford Middle School. Her memories will be cherished by a loving devoted mother, Jerri M. Balbin; father, Eric Scoggins; maternal grandmother, Vicenta Balbin, maternal grandfather, Manuel Balbin, Sr., and a host of aunts, uncles other relatives and friends.
