AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Mattie Mae Powers, 86, of Mike Padgett Highway, entered into rest Tuesday, January 30, 2007 in Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Bill Ansley officiating, interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Josh Smith, Jacob Cooper, Lewis Powers, Wesley White, Mark Peel and Vince Peel. Memorial Contributions may be made to the MCG Children's Medical Center Attn: Henriette Malzer MCG Alumni Center 1120 15th St. Augusta, Ga. 30912.
