AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Garner Baxley McCoy age 79, wife of the late Curtis G. McCoy, entered into rest on Thursday January 25, 2007 at Charleston Hospice in Charleston, SC. Graveside services will be held on Monday January 29, 2007 at Westview cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with Danny Brown Elder in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints officiating. Survivors include, one son, George E. Baxley Sr. and his wife Linda of Keithville, LA, two daughters, Brenda Baxley Videtto and her husband Berry of Appling, Norma Gail Baxley Steadman of Charleston,SC, four grandchildren Payton, Videtto, Monica Steadman, Candy Baxley Jordon and George E. Baxley, Jr. and six great grandchildren, Craig Baxley, Shawn Jordon, Tyler Videtto and Vincent Videtto, Casey Baxley, Ariel Baxley. Mrs. McCoy was a retired textile worker, she was a member of the Order of Eastern Stars, V.F.W. 3200, Eagles Club # 1197 and she was Harrisburger of the year in 1988.
