AUGUSTA - Patrick and Debby Clifford of Evans are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Owen Michael, born January 5, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Augusta.

He made his debut at 2:34 p.m., weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz., and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparents are Robert and Diane Rottinghaus of Kansas City, Mo. and Tim and Mary Clifford of Kingsville, Mo. He was welcomed home by siblings Garrett, 4 and Emory, 3.
