HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. David Michael Dye, 44, of Mims Road, Hephzibah, GA, entered into rest Wednesday, January 17, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007 in the chapel of Rowland Funeral Home. Interment will be at Pineview Memorial Park with military honors accorded at the graveside by the Jesse C. Lynch Memorial Post #71. Pallbearers will be Frank Ulmer, Ross Smith, Robert Perkins, Joseph Jacques, Rusty Scarborough and Todd Severance. Mr. Dye had lived in the Augusta area for most of his life. He was a Catholic, and a sales representative for Magic Brew Coffee Service. Mr. Dye was a U. S. Army Veteran. Mr. Dye was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Dye. Survivors include his wife, Debbie M. Dye of Augusta, his mother and step-father, Louise Dye Rowland and Harry Rowland of North Augusta, two daughters, Nicole Dye of North Augusta and Erica Dye of Savannah; one step-son Robert Perkins of Augusta, one step-daughter, Jennifer Redden of Grovetown; three brothers, Gregory Dye of Ft. Lauderdale, Stephen Dye of North Augusta and Gary Dye of Sterling, VA. The family will receive friends at Rowland Funeral Home one hour prior to the funeral service.
