BATH, S.C. - Entered into rest on Sunday, January 14, 2007, Mr. Oma Vestell Wilhelm, 88, of Janson Street, Bath, SC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ada Jones Wilhelm, and two sons, Daniel Wilhelm and Ken Wilhelm. Surviving are three grandchildren, Dana Wilhelm Carpenter, Daryl Wilhelm (Jackie) and Jody Moore Sedlak, a great granddaughter, Amanda Michelle Crawford and a daughter-in-law, Linda Wilhelm Moore. Mr. Wilhelm was born in Langley, SC to the late Joseph H. and Fannie Boyd Wilhelm. He retired as a terminal manager for Spector Red Ball Freightliners with 25 years of service. He was a member of Langley United Methodist Church, Langley, SC and former member and a past district governor of L.B.C. Lions Club. He was also a past president and member of the Augusta Traffic and Transportation Club. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 o'clock in the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R. Louis Swanson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Joe Moore, Bill Byrd, Rudy Fulmer, Jimmy Bagwell and Michael Crawford.
