LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mr. Billy O'Neal Biggerstaff, 66, of 574 North Washington St., entered into rest on Friday, November 3, 2006 at Doctor's Hospital, Augusta. Mr. Biggerstaff was the son of the late Kasville Spate Biggerstaff and the late Lillian Banks Biggerstaff. He was a self-employed businessman and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Angela B. Snider and husband Todd of Elberton, Ga., Renay B Miller and husband, Ricky of Edgefield, S.C., Beverly B. Turner of Lincolnton and Rosalyn B. Berlin and husband Randle of Martinez, Ga.; one sister, Frances Jones of Evans, Ga.; seven grandchildren, Hannah Snider, Jennifer Miller, Richard Miller, Laney Turner, Katherine Turner, Holly Snider and Lena Turner. The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 3 pm at Bethany United Methodist Church with the Rev. T.G. Hall officiating. Interment will follow in church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Franklin Banks, Wyatt Banks, Dwaine Biggerstaff, Jimmy Jones, Richard Miller, Jr. and Wesley Spires Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
