Lee Williamson (FLORENCE, S.C.)



FLORENCE, S.C. - Graveside Services for Mr. Lee Williamson, 84, of Old Mill Road, Florence, SC who died October 28, 2006 will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Jackson Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Philip Watry and Rev. Jerry Davis officiating. Mr. Williamson was a life-long resident of Jackson, SC having made Florence his home for the past three years. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and retired as a Draftsman with E. I. DuPont Company at the Savannah River Plant. Mr. Williamson was known in the community for his wide knowledge on a variety of subjects. Survivors include five sons, Joe Williamson, Tucson, AZ, Fred Williamson and Richard Williamson both of Florence, SC, Paul Williamson, Easley, SC and Alva Williamson, Darlington, SC; a daughter Kathy McCoy, Lake City, SC; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will Joe Williamson, Fred Williamson, Richard Williamson, Paul Williamson, Alva Williamson and Billy Fox.
