Susie Bush-Harrison (NEW ELLENTON, S.C.)



NEW ELLENTON, S.C. - The Memory of The Just Is Blessed: on the morning of Tuesday, October 17, 2006, Mrs. Susie Ann Bush-Harrison, added her name to the Heavenly Register. She had added 50 years to the tree of life and was a resident of E. Pine St., New Ellenton. The funeral services honoring the Life and Legacy of Susie will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Beech Island with Rev. Paul H. Bush officiating. The interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Bush-Harrison was a native of Aiken County. She was a former member of the Zion Fair Baptist Church and a member of the Runs Missionary Baptist Church, where she faithfully served and continued her growth with God. She was a 1974 graduate of Aiken High School, Aiken and a former educator with the Aiken County Public School System. Susie will be forever loved, honored and remembered in the humble hearts of her devoted survivors: her loving husband of 38 years, Stevie Harrison, Sr., New Ellenton; one son, Stevie (Natacha) Harrison, II, Aiken; one daughter, Shevone Sherie Harrison, New Ellenton; three grandchildren, Tatiana K. Harrison, Hephzibah, Stevie Harrison, III and NeScotia O. Harrison, both of Aiken; her loving parents, Rev. Sullivan (Willie Eva) Bush, Sr., New Ellenton; two brothers, Bishop Sullivan (Anna Mae) Bush, II, New Ellenton and Louis (Carletha) Bush, Fayetteville, N.C.; one sister, Beatrice (John) Bush Harden, New Ellenton and a host of other very saddened relatives and compassionate friends that will gather to pay tribute to the life of someone loved so dearly. She will be forever kept in sweet reserve. The family will be receiving friends at the residence. The viewing will be held Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
