AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Helen Keen, 74, wife of the late Rudolph 'Ricky' Keen, entered into rest Friday, September 15, 2006 at Heartland Hospice. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. from the chapel of Hatcher, Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors with the Reverend Frank Thigpen officiating. Pallbearers will be her nephews. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Kathryn Keen of North Augusta; daughter and son-in-law, Cassie Bell and Johnny Joseph Stevens, Jr. of Augusta; grandchildren, Kimberly Grant, Tracy Proud and Mary Jean Hull; great grandchildren, Caleb and Brandon Grant, Layton Proud and Kristen Hull. Mrs. Keen, the daughter of the late Dewey and Maggie Bell Sullivan Powell, was a lifelong resident of Augusta. She worked at the Hollingsworth Candy Company and had most recently worked as a cashier at Target. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church.
