CONSTITUTION DAY: Augusta Technical College will hold Constitution Day ceremonies at 1:45 p.m. in the atrium of Building 1000, the college's Information Technology Center. RICHMOND COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS: The board will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. to consider a challenge to Augusta Mayor Deke Copenhaver's eligibility to run for re-election and a request to delay printing of November ballots. It will also discuss polling locations for precincts 304 and 310.
