KICK OFF: The South Carolina high school football games include North Augusta traveling to Strom Thurmond High at 8 p.m., and Midland Valley and Silver Bluff at home to take on opponents at 7:30 p.m.

NOW SHOWING: New movies include Idlewild, starring rap trendsetters OutKast as speakeasy owners who have to defend their club against gangsters; the thriller The Quiet; and the football tale-come-true Invincible.

HARDKNOCK LIFE: See Annie as performed by the Young Artist Repertory Theatre Co. Performances continue at 8 p.m. at the Augusta Preparatory Day School, 285 Flowing Wells Road.
