AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on June 29, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital, Rev. Daniel M. Munn, Jr., 71, beloved husband of Jan Gay Munn of Augusta. Rev. Munn was Pastor of St. Ignatios of Antioch Melkite Catholic Church and was also Parochial Vicar at The Church of the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Augusta. Additional survivors include his daughters, Susan M. Venable, Rebeccah M. Grady and her husband, Michael and Erin M. Williams and her husband, Frank all of Augusta; son, David H. Munn of Augusta; grandchildren, Jessica E. Venable, Christopher D. Venable, Michaelann Grady, Jane M. Grady, Mary Elizabeth Grady, Catherine Grady, Andrew W. Williams, Daniel M. Williams, James M. Williams, David O. Williams, Caroline F. Williams and Elizabeth G. Williams. The Vigil for the Deceased will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2006, beginning at 6:00 PM and a Rosary at 8:00 PM at The Church of the Most Holy Trinity. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, July 3, 2006, 12:15 PM, at the Church of The Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Bishop J. Kevin Boland Celebrant and Concelebrants will be the Priest of the Diocese. At 6:00 PM on Monday, July 3, 2006 The Byzantine Funeral Service will be held at St. Ignatios of Antioch Melkite Catholic Church with Rev. Miguel Grave de Peralta and The Priest of the Eparchy of Newton presiding. Interment services will take place on Wednesday, July 5, 2006, 10:00 AM, at Westover Memorial Park. The family request flowers be omitted and memorials be made to St. Ignatious of Antioch Melkite Catholic Church, 1003 Merry St. Augusta, GA 30904 or to The Church of the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 811 Telfair St. Augusta, GA 30901.
