Jimmy R. Wyles (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Jimmy Ramick Wyles, 73, beloved husband of the late Hildegard Brams Wyles, entered into rest Friday, June 2, 2006 at his residence. Funeral Services with Full Military Honors and Masonic Rites will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 4, 2006 in the chapel at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Reverend Oscar H. Barrow, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. A native of Grapevine, Arkansas, Mr. Wyles retired from the US Army after twenty years of service. He served during the Korean Conflict and retired as the Food Service Supervisor and Executive Chef, and Carpenter. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, Richmond Lodge 412. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and will be missed by all of those who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Hospice and Mrs. Lucy Bentley for their excellent care during his illness. Family Members include two sons, James A. Wyles of Augusta and Jeffrey R. Wyles and his wife, Becky of Hephzibah; one daughter, Johanne Jacobs and her husband, Jack of North Augusta, SC; one sister, Virginia M. Ramick of Orville, CA; and four grandchildren, Matthew Jacobs, Johanna Jacobs, Alex Wyles and Noah Wyles.
