AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital, Mrs. Nellie Pearl Hall of David St. Mrs. Nellie Pearl (Gough) Hall was born August 19, 1920 to the late Anne and Henry Gough and she attended school in Burke County. She lived in Burke County until she relocated to Augusta, Ga. in March 1960. She was converted and baptized at a an early age at Second Hopeful Baptist Church, Burke County. She leaves to cherish her memories, six daughters, Jannie (Elbert) Hightower, Annie (Eddie) Stewart Hill, Sarah Melendez, Lettie (Bill) Amanatides, Gloria Ann Watts, Myria I. Hall, all of Augusta; two sons, William R. Hall, Robert Louis Hall, Augusta; 16 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 3, 2006 at 1 p.m. from Second Hopeful Baptist Church, Hephzibah, Ga., Elder Eddie Fryer officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the residence or the funeral home. The Historic Dent's Undertaking Establishment serving the CSRA since the 1800's.
