MIDDLEBURG, Pa. - Mr. LeRoy G. Peters, 91, entered into rest Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at the home of his daughter. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday May 27, 2006 at Pinecrest Mennonite Church, Stapleton Ga., with Ministers Randall Goossen, Ken Diller, and Brian Dyck officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Peters, a native of Clare County, Michigan, had lived in Jefferson County for 28 years. He then retired back in Michigan. He was a retired dairy farmer and mason and a member of Pinecrest Mennonite Church. Survivors include two daughters, Marcille (Lyle) Holdeman, Middleburg, PA. and Patricia (Marion) Holdeman, Stapleton, Ga.; three sons, Alden Peters, Stapleton, Ga., Ardis (Susie) Peters, Dawsonville, Ga., Glenn (Letha) Peters, Stapleton Ga.; two sisters, Lottie Unruh, Louisville, Ga., Myrtle Krick, Ithaca, Michigan; three brothers, Russell Peters, Ithaca, Michigan, Howard (Josephine) Peters, Ithaca, Michigan, Ivan (Joyce) Peters, Louisville, Ga. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Memorial may be made to the Pinecrest Mennonite Church. Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 Friday evening May 26, 2006 at Pinecrest Mennonite Church.
