LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Our beloved brother departed this life on Sunday April 30, 2006, at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday May 4, 2006, at Starling Funeral Home, Harlem, Ga., with the Revs. Fred Heard and Randy Byrd officiating. Entombment will be in Westover Memorial Park Mausoleum, Augusta, Ga. Leonard was a resident of Lincoln County and was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 150. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Roye, Sr.., his brother Randall Roye, and his sister Selina Roye. Leonard left to cherish his memory his son Joseph Roye; his mother Ruby Roye, Evans; brothers, Rex Roye, Evans, Raleigh Roye, Lincolnton, and Ray White, Grovetown; Sisters Verline White, Grovetown and Malissa Roye, Evans; Seven Nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Doug Robinson, Daniel Duncan, Donald Lowe, Grayson Goble, Dennis Smith, andTimothy Roye.
