FRIDAY

BLUES AND BARBECUE: The membership drive for the Augusta Museum of History will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ezekiel Harris House, 1840 Broad St. Larry Jon Wilson and Patrick Blanchard will perform, and there will be pony rides, beer, ice cream and children's games. Tickets for new museum members cost $30 for individuals and $60 for families (two adults and three children maximum); tickets for current museum members cost $15 for adults and $5 for children. DINNER THEATER: The Fort Gordon Dinner Theatre production of Love, Sex & the IRS will begin at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the theater, Building 32100, Third Avenue, Fort Gordon. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $34 for civilians; $32 for seniors, retirees, civil service civilians and active-duty E7 and above; and $25 for active-duty E6 and below. DARK SHADOWS: The Dupont Planetarium will present the show at 7 and 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Ruth Patrick Science Education Center, 471 University Parkway. The program will include hands-on activities, photos, diagrams and video and Digistar segments. Admission costs $4.50 for adults, $3.50 for seniors and $2.50 for pupils. Call (803) 641-3769.
